osalind Page
, owner and Professional Land Surveyor, has worked in Connecticut as a Land Surveyor since 1980, obtaining her license in 1993. She has established a wealth of knowledge and familiarity pertaining to the area, enabling her to consistently deliver the high quality product that her clients have come to expect. 

She is an active member of the following organizations: 

Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors, Inc. (CALS)

National Society of Professional Surveyors  (NSPS)
Ammonoosuc Conservation Trust (ACT)- Bethlehem, NH

Winterbourne Land Services
is certified by the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program  (DBE).  We encourage and support internships for Land Surveying and Engineering students from local colleges, providing the opportunity to balance academic achievement with "real life" field and office work experiences.

Rosalind Page speaks annually at area Intermediate and High schools on the topic of "Non-Traditional Careers for Women", and conducts demonstrations and "hands-on" survey activities for up to 100 students.
Rosalind Page and Winterbourne Land Services associates regularly attend continuing education seminars and workshops on Land Surveying related topics.
